Replacement Air Exhaust Filter

• The Fuse 1 uses an exhaust filter to remove sintering by-products from its exhaust.
• 1 filter per pack.
• Compatible with: Formlabs Fuse 1 and Fuse 1+ 30W SLS 3D Printer

Cleaning the exhaust filter

The exhaust filter is located behind a cabinet door on the right side of the printer.
Clean the filter after 30 hours of printing.

• Step 1: Turn off the filter system
• Step 2: Open the filter cabinet door
• Step 3: Vacuum the front of the exhaust filter. Unplug the vacuum hose from the left side of the Fuse Sift.
• Step 4: Check for laurolactam buildup
• Step 5: Vacuum the back of the exhaust filter
• Step 6: Vacuum the filter cabinet door
• Step 7: Turn off the vacuum
• Step 8: Reinstall vacuum hose
• Step 9: Close the filter cabinet door
